📦 Unboxing & Proof Policy (Important)
To ensure a smooth return or replacement process, we require customers to follow this:
- 🎥 Please record a 360° unboxing video while opening your package
- 📹 The video must clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The shipping label
- The product being unboxed
⚠️ Important Note
- Claims for damaged, defective, or missing items will only be accepted if a proper unboxing video is provided
- The video should be clear and unedited
- Without video proof, we may not be able to process refunds or replacements
